Fiesta del Fuego

with Francis Mallmann

 Monday 5th October 2026 – 11:30am – 4:30pm

Step into the world of legendary live-fire chef Francis Mallmann for Fiesta del Fuego, an unforgettable five-hour culinary spectacle at Osborn House.

This exclusive event will immerse guests in Mallmann’s signature theatrical Argentine fire-cooking experience with an exclusive front-row seat to the magic. Flames, smoke and the best seasonal produce come together for the most extraordinary culinary journey.

The experience begins with a cocktail on arrival, followed by a six-course feast including a wine with each course, celebrating bold and vibrant South American flavours. With dishes including Mendoza meat and cheese empanadas, cold almond and garlic soup with seasonal fruit, seafood salad with half-griddled endive, string-hung chicken with 12-hour cabbages and criolla, and Mallmann’s iconic Iron Cross lamb with smashed potatoes and fresh onion sauce, finishing with an indulgent Argentine burnt banana and pineapple split.
