Rooted in a passion for the local community, food and entertaining, our carefully curated menus tell a story of the seasons, and our producers too. Relaxed and welcoming, indulge in our simple yet refined dishes that taste as good as they look – all while enjoying magical views across Morton National Park. You’ll notice that our menu changes regularly, but our flair for flavour never varies. 

A lot of our produce comes from our very own kitchen garden. We don’t grow everything we serve, but we serve everything we grow. If you catch any of our kitchen team out in the garden, chances are they’re grocery shopping. Doesn’t get much fresher than that! 


Osborn House welcomes children over the age of 12. We are only accepting online reservations for George’s from Wednesday to Saturday at this time.

Segundo Farrell - Executive Chef at Osborn House


Our executive chef Segundo Farrell spent considerable time learning the art of fire cooking with Latin American food legend Francis Mallmann.

His approach champions the regional produce which abounds in the Southern Highlands to create a generous and seasonally led menu which feeds the soul.

Utilising his skills of cooking over fire, Segundo will bring a sense of theatre to Osborn House.
