Ever wanted to experience the ancient art of South American open-fire cooking, made famous by the legendary Francis Mallmann? Well now you can!

Launching Sunday August 14th, join Executive Chef Segundo Farrell (who spent 5 years perfecting the art of fire cooking with Francis Mallmann himself) for our first Osborn House Fire Feast.

Every Sunday from 12pm to 4pm, surrounded by the elements and the spectacular landscape of Morton National Park, Segundo will light the flames of our asado (outdoor barbeques) and take you on an authentic South American dining experience, complete with the iron dome, planchas and infiernillo.

Prepare to be transported on a culinary journey, the likes of which have not been seen in Australia. Limited tickets available!

Asado – traditional Argentinian barbecue – is more than merely a meal. In Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, and a number of other South American countries, it is both a culinary and social event attended by friends and family to share the joy of outdoor cooking.

Asado traditionally features a wide selection of grilled meats and vegetables, cooked over special built barbecues in its purest form – simply fire, grill, meat and vegetables.

Hailing from Argentina and learning from Francis Mallmann himself, Executive Chef Segundo Farrell has brought this theatrical technique and immersive food experience to Osborn House.

We invite you to slow down and properly catch up with family & old friends (and hopefully make some new ones).

When: Every Sunday starting Sunday 14th August, 2022

Time: 12pm to 4pm

Price: $150 per person

Tickets include a glass of Rameau d’Or Rosé on arrival and a classic asado feasting menu. Bookings essential! No walk ins available.
