Fire Feast has returned for the 2024 season from April – November.
Experience the age-old South American tradition of live fire cooking at Osborn House Fire Feast in the heart of the Southern Highlands. Our talented chefs will ignite the flames of our extraordinary Asado, guiding you on an unforgettable open-fire feast journey.
With our iron dome, planchas, and infiernillo, we’ll transport you on a culinary adventure, unlike anything in Australia.

THE DETAILS
Indulge in a leisurely long lunch with a welcome drink on arrival, followed by three courses of Argentinian culinary delights crafted from local produce.
12:30pm arrival for 1pm start.
$175 per head – bookings essential (no walk-ins available)

THE ASADO
Asado – traditional Argentinian barbecue – is more than merely a meal. In Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, and a number of other South American countries, it is both a culinary and social event attended by friends and family to share the joy of outdoor cooking.
Asado traditionally features a wide selection of grilled meats and vegetables, cooked over special built barbecues in its purest form – simply fire, grill, meat and vegetables.
Our specially trained chefs bring this theatrical technique and immersive food experience to Osborn House each week.
We invite you to slow down and properly catch up with family & old friends (and hopefully make some new ones).
