New Year’s Eve:
For an unforgettable celebration this New Year’s Eve, we invite you to join us for a special NYE Fire Feast. For a fun and fire-filled evening, gather your nearest and dearest to ring in 2026 with a theatrical South American asado experience.
Each ticket includes two hours of canapés and beverages by the fire, before sitting down for the Fire Feast mains, sides, and dessert. Our incredible team of chefs will light the coals of our iron dome, planchas, and infiernillo to create a South American culinary feast of flame grilled meats, seafood and vegetables using Southern Highlands produce and South Coast seafood.
