Choose from either a 12pm or 1pm sitting and choose to stay for champagne or cocktails in George’s lounge after lunch. Experience a Christmas you’ll never forget.

Welcome the New Year with an unforgettable Fire Feast celebration this New Year’s Day. For a fun and fire-filled afternoon, gather your nearest and dearest to welcome 2027 with a theatrical South American asado experience.
Begin the celebrations from 12:00pm with a welcome drink upon arrival, followed by canapés and beverages by the fire from 12:30pm, before sitting down for your Fire Feast mains, sides, and dessert. Our incredible team of chefs will light the coals of our iron dome, planchas, and infiernillo to create a South American culinary feast of flame grilled meats, seafood and vegetables using Southern Highlands produce and South Coast seafood. Enjoy live entertainment throughout, with the celebration concluding at approximately 5:00pm.
