DINING AT OSBORN HOUSE
Rooted in a passion for the local community, food and entertaining, our carefully curated menus tell a story of the seasons, and our producers too. Relaxed and welcoming, indulge in our simple yet refined dishes that taste as good as they look – all while enjoying magical views across Morton National Park. You’ll notice that our menu changes regularly, but our flair for flavour never varies.
We are delighted to welcome both day visitors and hotel guests to George’s and Dinah’s.
GEORGE'S
Offering a welcoming vibe and relaxed, local produce focused menu in bespoke designed surrounds, George’s is a drinking and dining experience unlike anything else in the Highlands. With indoor and outdoor areas, all with uninterrupted views over Morton National Park, George’s is the ideal place to settle into.
George’s menu champions the changing seasons and incredible produce which abounds in the Southern Highlands. All of your favourite hotel classics with an Osborn House twist.
George’s is open for Lunch and Dinner daily. George’s Bar is open for afternoon drinks from 3pm to 6pm daily.
DINAH'S
Dinah’s is our elegant formal dining room where our Executive Chef transforms traditional rustic recipes into sophisticated, savoury dishes. Enjoy a food and beverage offering showcasing what the Southern Highlands offers.
Dinah’s is open for Dinner Wednesday through Saturday.

FIRE FEAST
Our Argentinian Chefs spent considerable time learning the art of fire cooking with Latin American food legend Francis Mallmann.
Utilising their skills of cooking over fire, the team will bring a sense of theatre to Osborn House during our Fire Feast sessions.

Children must be accompanied by the parent/guardian at all times.
Groups of 6 or more will incur a 10% service charge. A surcharge of 10% will apply on Sundays, and 15% on public holidays.
